There is some simple steps to create a Free Paypal account.

  1. Open www.paypal.com
  2. Press Sign Up
  3. Select your country and Account type
  4. Fill all required columns and Press Agree
  5. Fill the CAPTCHA code by below image and press Continue
  6. Press Goto My Account under the continue button
  7. You have to confirm by the email 
  8. Then you can add bank details
  9. Pay a small amount by your debit car (Maximum 1$)
  10. After that there will be 2 amounts credited in your bank account
  11. Confirm that amounts exactly with your Paypal
  12. Your paypal account is active now.
